CM 500
The CM 500 fume and particle extractor offers high airflow with very high vacuum. This unit is particularly well suited for use with fully-automated laser process systems. Design features include an automatic pneumatic self-cleaning mechanism to clean the units’ large surface HEPA filter cartridge and extend the filters’ service life.

The CM 500 is a cart type, portable fume and particle extractor with maintenance-free high performance turbines, replaceable high efficiency particulate air filter (HEPA) cartridge and additional activated carbon filter. The units HEPA cartridge filter has a surface area of over 100 sqft.

The CM 500 is equipped with a filter monitoring system, adjustable turbine speed, full turbine protection and an easy to change filter system. Features include separate filters for particles and fumes to keep filter replacement costs low. For process involving sticky fumes or particles, such as laser cutting certain plastics or laminated wood, an automated pre-coat dispensing unit is available.
An exhaust muffler allows this powerful unit to operate with outstanding performance at low noise levels. An adapter plate for discharge air operations is also available.
