Our systems are ideal for a wide range of laser processes such as cutting, marking, engraving and cleaning. These systems are also excellent for non-laser operations like welding, soldering, vapor control with solvent ink printing and many other industrial uses requiring effective fume and particle control.

In many laser applications, fume and particle extraction is extremely important. When lasers are used without fume extraction systems, airborne residue can accumulate on the laser’s optics resulting in significant power loss and decreased performance. Fume and particle extractors protect the laser’s optics from power-robbing contaminants. Moreover, they capture and eliminate potentially hazardous vapors and dust while helping to keep the workstation clean.

While many laser systems include integrated particle extraction nozzles, such nozzles are typically quite small and thereby restrict airflow needed for effective air filtering capacity. Our high performance filter units are designed and optimized for laser applications with extremely high vacuum turbines that generate a vacuum of up to 84 in. H2O.
This high vacuum enables our customers to remove fumes and particles efficiently with outstanding airflow volume even through small nozzles.

Fume Extraction Systems

Our fume extraction systems come standard with maintenance free high performance turbines with a digital control interface to monitor filter performance, airflow, operating hours and more. In addition, our units have features including an integrated SUB-D9 interface that enables external control of the system as well as exhaust mufflers for quite operation

Our fume and particle extractors are setup with separate HEPA and activated carbon filters in combination with special pre-filters. The use of separate filters for fumes and particles keeps replacement cost low.

For "sticky" fume or wood applications , our units' modular construction allows for the integration of cost-saving pocket type pre-filters to increase performance and extend filter service life.
